the location was fairly Convenient near termini station, made getting around easier.
my room was small and dimly lit, I felt claustrophobic. the SINGLE lightbulb did LITTLE to brighten the space, and the limited room made it hard to relax.

I must say, the soundproofing was quite poor. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even late at night. it. the breakfast selection was rather limited too, especially for a longer stay. after a few days, it became quite repetitive. i also found a hair in the shower, quite off-putting.

I found the staff cute and efficient, especially with directions. the location was superb. It was very close to the termini station. i had no issues accessing transportation and local eateries from this great location. the breakfast included a variety of choices, including fresh pastries and assorted fruit.

the reception staff was helpful, especially simon, who provided excellent taxi information. the staff also offered me a drink each time i returned to the hotel. their kindness really added to the overall experience.

the room i received had ample space with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. housekeeping serviced the room daily and provided fresh towels. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere, it provided a restful sleep.

the location was really convenient. i could quickly access termini station and many bus lines. The staff were cute and provided helpful information about the area.
The room felt a bit dated. Some of the furniture showed wear. A small refresh would improve the overall impression.
